I stayed at the hotel and had a wonderful time overall. The rooms were in less than poor condition, but the large bathroom and kitchen were convenient. The service was friendly and helpful, except for a few rude encounters. The location was perfect, right on the Colorado river, offering a serene atmosphere. However, I couldn't find any smoke-free areas in the casino. The dining was not included, but they had delicious baked chocolate cakes. The facilities were satisfactory.
